Practice Description:
Amanda’s practice focuses on all aspects of family law including custody, access, child and spousal support, divorce, domestic contracts ranging from marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements, and property related issues. Amanda has considerable experience representing applicants for guardianship orders of incapable persons under the Substitute Decisions Act. In other words a person now mentally incapable who has failed to prepare powers of attorney.
