Practice Description:
Amanda Dale is a partner with Dale Streiman Law LLP. She practices in the area of Estates focusing primarily on Estate Administration. She assists Executors/Estate trustees with all aspects of the Estate Administration process, providing practical, efficient, and compassionate guidance to her clients.

Amanda also has considerable experience representing parties seeking Guardianship Orders of an incapable person both with respect to Guardianship of Property and of the Person under the Substitute Decisions Act.

Amanda also practices Family Law including parenting, child and spousal support, and property related issues. Her primary focus is on negotiating and preparing domestic contracts ranging from Separation Agreements, Marriage Contracts, and Cohabitation Agreements.
