Anyone who follows our blog articles would be familiar with the name of Justice Fred Myers. We recently posted a blog article titled Captain Brave – Judge Fred Myers. Almost immediately after that posting, on October 4, 2026, Justice Myers was elevated to the Ontario Court of Appeal, the second highest court in the entire country. Congratulations to Justice Myers.
